PRICES
The prices are per week per apartment, including Wi-Fi and parking in the garage or outside.

TOURIST TAX
In order to guarantee excellent services to our guests who visit us in Selva, a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per day will be applied. Children under 14 are excluded.

BOOKING
IIn order to have your reservation confirmed we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount, within 7 days from written booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
•For cancellations made up to 91 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged
•For cancellations within 90 to 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged
•For cancellations within 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged
•For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged
•In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire reservation will be charged

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance. With the cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in starts at 2 pm and the Check-out is by 9.30 am.
If your arrival should be delayed until after 7.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us.

PETS
Your four-legged friends are heartily welcome with a supplement of €20,00/day.

SMOKING
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside, but it is allowed on the balconies.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
